All you need are 3 ingredients, an electric whisk (or give yourself a #workout and do it by hand), and an oven. What you need: • Egg whites – 3 • Sugar – 30g • Cornflour – 10g Method: 1. Preheat your oven at 150 degrees celsius 2. Add your egg whites in a large bowl. Start to whip on medium, until frothy. Add few drops of #food colouring of your choice (optional, but most people prefer a light blue) 3. Spoon some #sugar, add a little bit at a time on high speed, until it dissolves and the egg whites start to foam up 4. Sift the cornflour in so that there are no lumps.
