More like Satur-yay! 🕺🏼 We can't enough noodles in our bowls this month and here's a quick whip Dumpling Noodle Soup recipe made using the popular KOKA noodles from Singapore so that the majority of your afternoon is spent in bed snoozing off this meal. What you Need: Chicken or Vegetable Stock, 6 cups KOKA Noodles, 250g Green vegetable of your choice, 200g Frozen dumplings, 12 Ginger, 2 slices Spring onions, 2 Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Miso paste, 2 tbsp Boiled eggs, 2, halved Chilli oil, to serve Method: 1. In a saucepan, add the stock, ginger, spring onions and sauce. Bring to a simmer 2. Once ready, place a ladle of the liquid in a bowl and mix in the miso paste. Once combined, add it back to the sauce pan, whisk, and then divide the liquid into serving bowls 3. Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside in the serving bowls 4. In the water, cook the frozen dumplings until tender and place in serving bowls 5. Finally, blanch the green vegetables in the boiling water and add to your serving bowl 6. Top with the halved boiled eggs and finish with a generous drizzle of chilli oil Chopsticks and spoons at the ready?
