Here’s how you can make them: What you’ll need: · Boiled quinoa – 1 cup · Onion – 1, chopped · Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped · Black beans – ¼ cup · Carrot – ½, chopped · Zucchini – ½, chopped · Egg -1 · GF Bread crumbs – 3.5 tbsp · Parsley – 1 tbps, chopped · Fajita spice – ½ tbsp. · Olive oil – 3 tbsps · Salt & pepper – as per taste Method: 1.
