Here’s a palatable recipe - given that green juices tend to taste bitter, that turns this #detox drink into a delicious refresher. P.S. Drink it on an empty stomach for maximum benefit. What you’ll need: • Wheatgrass - 30g • Apple - 1, medium • Ginger - small piece • Water - 1 cup Method: 1. Wash and cut the apple and ginger. If not using #organic produce, peel and cut them as desired 2. Wash the #wheatgrass a few times thoroughly 3. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blitz. If needed, you may add some more water 4.
