Fasting On a Friday no less Navratri traditions can be challenging Put the n in Navratri noms with these Banana Cottage Cheese bites a pick me up snack that s easy to put together but more importantly it doesn t stray from Navratri approved dietary guidelines so you won t be at the receiving end of earfuls from mum Win win Here s what you ll need to get started Bananas 2 unripened Cottage Cheese 75g or 1 2 cup crumbled Coriander 2 tbsp chopped Ginger Chilli Paste 2 tsp Unsalted Peanuts 1 tbsp coarsely ground Farali Flour Singhara Flour 2 tbsp Salt to taste Recipe 1 Take unripened bananas wash and remove stalk and tail part and Microwave for 3 min along with its skin 2 Once cool remove its skin with the help of a knife and mash the bananas 3 Now add cottage cheese freshly chopped coriander leaves ginger chillies paste coarsely ground unsalted peanuts farali atta flour salt to taste 4 Mix well and prepare a mixture in shapes of balls 5 Heat oil Put paneer and bananas balls in hot oil and keep flame on medium so that it cooks nicely from inside 6 Keep stirring intermittently and fry till golden in colour 7 Once golden in color remove from hot oil onto a paper napkin and Serve hot with Green Chutney Happy f e asting

Here's what you'll need to get started:
- Bananas, 2, unripened
- Cottage Cheese, 75g (or 1/2 cup), crumbled
- Coriander, 2 tbsp, chopped
