What you need :
• Xoco57 white chocolate callets
• Chocolate bark mould
• Edible flowers

Method :
1. In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
2. Arrange edible flowers on the chocolate mould.
3. Make a chocolate web to avoid floating back of flowers
4. Pour & spread chocolate into an even layer with a spatula
5. Clean all sides of the mould
6. Chill until set & demould
