Saute Onion, garlic, chopped jalapenos and boiled Mexican Rice.
Add Fajita Seasoning, some tomato salsa and toss.
Layer in a large bowl with grilled veggies, re-fried beans.
Top with guacamole, sour cream, grated cheese and serve!
