
Our Lazy Sunday Experiments have brought us to tossing up these Krispy Korean Lotus Stems - a perfect balance of sweet and salty, to nibble on for lunch, dinner and everything in between.
What you need:
Lotus Stem, 400 grams
Vegetable Oil, 4 tsp
Soy sauce, 4 tbsp
Brown Sugar, 3 tbsp
Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic, 1/4 cup
