What you need:
• 200g condensed milk
•100g mascarpone
• 5ml vanilla extract (1tsp)
• 2g salt
• 240g whipping cream
• 30ml Espresso
•Coffee Concentrate (10g coffee and 5g hot water)
• Savoiardi Biscuits, crushed as required

Method:
• In a bowl, add the whipping cream, whip until medium peaks. Add in the mascarpone and whip until incorporated.
